UGC-for-ads pipeline for Shopify stores

Turn your customers into
your ad creative pool

Stackhero asks buyers for a 15-second video once their order lands, captures the rights to run it as a paid ad, pays them automatically, and hands you the file already cut to the shapes Meta wants.

From delivery to ad creative

It runs on its own once you set the reward. You only step in to approve.

1 The order arrives

Stackhero waits for the carrier to report delivery, then a few days more, so the customer has actually used the thing before you ask.

2 They film it on their phone

One tap from the email opens a page with filming prompts and the rights agreement. No account, no app, no login.

3 You approve, they get paid

Approving emails their reward automatically โ€” a one-time discount code or store credit โ€” and files the video in your library.

4 Download it as an ad

Pick the format, drag to frame the shot, download. Or push it straight into your Meta creative library.

Capabilities

Everything between a delivered order and a running ad.

Trigger

Delivered, then asked

Invites fire a few days after the carrier reports delivery โ€” not at checkout, when they haven't opened the box yet.

Trigger

Your rules

Set the delay, a minimum order value, and which reward. Pause it entirely whenever you like.

Rights

Paid-media licence

Every upload records explicit permission to run the video as an ad, with timestamp, IP and the exact wording agreed to.

Rights

Nothing without consent

The send button stays disabled until the box is ticked, and the server refuses any upload that arrives without it.

Reward

One-time discount codes

Works for guests, so every customer can claim it. Single use, with an expiry and an optional minimum order.

Reward

Or store credit

Issued through Shopify's own store-credit account if you'd rather keep the money in the shop.

Creative

Framing you control

Drag to choose what stays in shot before rendering, so a square crop never cuts someone's head off.

Creative

Straight into Meta

Connect your ad account and push approved videos into your creative library without downloading anything.

Ad-ready, not raw footage

A phone video is the wrong shape for most placements. Stackhero cuts each one properly โ€” and lets you choose what stays in frame, so a square crop never removes someone's head.

9:16

Reels, Stories, TikTok

4:5

Feed, highest mobile coverage

1:1

Feed, carousels, square placements

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a video review app?

Review apps collect video for your product page, and the rights they capture are usually vague about advertising. Stackhero captures an explicit paid-media licence, and gives you the file in ad dimensions rather than a widget you can't export.

What does the customer actually see?

One email a few days after their order arrives, and a mobile page with three filming prompts, an upload button and the rights checkbox. No account, no app to install.

Do customers need a Shopify account to get paid?

Not with discount codes โ€” that's why they're the default. Store credit does require the customer to be signed in at checkout, which quietly excludes every guest, so choose it only if you know your buyers have accounts.

Can a reward code be shared around?

Each code is unique to one customer and works exactly once, with an expiry date and an optional minimum order. A leaked code costs you one discount at most.

Will my Discounts page fill up with hundreds of codes?

No. Every reward code lives under a single discount entry, so you see one row no matter how many videos you approve.

Who owns the videos?

You hold the licence the customer granted. Approved videos are kept indefinitely by default โ€” Stackhero never deletes your library unless you explicitly turn that on.

What formats do I get?

9:16 for Reels and Stories, 4:5 and 1:1 for feed โ€” all H.264 MP4, the encoding ad platforms accept without re-processing.

What if a customer asks to be removed?

Shopify's data-deletion requests are handled automatically: their video is deleted from storage and their records removed.

Your next ad is already in someone's hands

Every delivered order is a customer who could film for you this week.
